What is SOP audit?
For the retail based companies especially for those who have store chains, usually they do work out series of standard operation processes, and call it SOP.
If every store is implement the SOP with in full compliance?
Apart from the tool of mystery shopping monitoring on the aspects of environment and service, what about the other aspects in the SOP that store implements or not?
Sometimes, clients perhaps assign their own employees to work on the on-site audit, but it may not get a right result, so what is the real situation for each store?
Obviously, it needs to assign the professional audit agency as a third party to work on this.
