The establishment of MSPA (Mystery Shopping Provider Association, will not only serve as a platform for communication for our member MS enterprises, more importantly, for companies that demand for MS study, they can communicate and exchange ideas with MS provider companies through this platform as well, so as to contribute to the overall development of the industry. What’s more, because many companies still don’t have enough knowledge regarding MS study, and not able to make full use of the study result. What they often do is simply “Summarize, make statistics and impose a fine to those staffs of poor performance”, which is not a more positive use of study result and is a waste of this valuable resource.
