Roles of MS study

MS study is widely used in various service enterprises and chain enterprise/organizations. Through the research, the real status of service terminals can be reflected to the client.  · Supervise and evaluate service performance in order to increase customer loyalty.
· Ensure sound relationship between customers and sales/service staffs.
 · Guarantee product/service quality.
 4)Enhance product and brand value, and increase product sales volume.
 · Serve as a complement to market research data.
 · Provide competitor’s data and analysis of the overall market environment.
